Seller's Description

Original 1956 British 17 inch x 11 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1955 Ralph Thomas Comedy DOCTOR AT SEA, adapted from his own novel by Richard Gordon and starring Dirk Bogarde, Brigitte Bardot, Brenda De Banzie, James Robertson Justice, Maurice Denham, Michael Medwin, Hubert Gregg, James Kenney, Raymond Huntley, Geoffrey Keen, George Coulouris, Noel Purcell, Jill Adams, Joan Sims, Cyril Chamberlain, Frederick Piper, Michael Shepley, Eugene Deckers, Joan Hickson and Diana Dors.

Dirk Bogarde is just right as the fish out of water and on the ship's deck as the doctor of the title who understandably falls for Brigitte Bardot's charms once she is taken aboard at a foreign port.

The Advertisement is in very good condition with a vertical centre fold.
