I HAVE SEEN THESE WITH A SMALL CHAIN THRU THE OPENING.........OR CAN BE ATTACHED TO A KEYRING............THIS IS FROM 1964 NEVADA CENTENNIAL LICENCE PLATE SIZED FOR A KEYCHAIN.....DISABLED AMERICAN VETERANS....SLIGHT BEND IN THE KEYRING HOLE........HAS SURFACE RUBBING / SCRATCH MARKS ON BOTH SIDES IN THE CHROME AREA..........SOME SPECKS OF PAINT MISSING MAINLY IN THE WHITE AREA...BUT A FEW SPOTS ON THE PLATE..........SEEN MOSTLY WITH THE GLARE OF LIGHT AND MAGNIFICATION.............
