I used this to convert my Video 8 (including Hi8) to digital format, and then transferred those files to DVD to share with my family. It also works with VHS, Compact VHS, and Beta tapes. Requires an SD card (not included); all other cables, etc. are included along with the manual and software disc - see photo.
