Overall condition is acceptable. The book appears to have been exposed to moisture or humidity as there is some staining on the front and back covers. It does not seem to have effected the interior pages. There is no evidence of mildew or the like. Speaking of interior pages, they have discolored with age but the words are still perfectly readable. There is no vertical spine cracking though there is a crease along the front cover beside the spine from reading.
