Published by A. Bettembos, Dieppe, No 713.
Postally used on 3 August 1922 with Dieppe cancellations on orange 5c and blue 25c stamps and sent to G.C. Scott Esq, Reresmount, Broughty Ferry, Dundee, Ecosse, Angleterre.
Very good condition, with very slight corner bumps, but a few ink marks to the front.
