Original British 27 inch x 40 inch 1-Sheet Poster for the Herbert Wilcox Horse Racing Drama DERBY DAY, from an original story by Arthur Austen and starring Anna Neagle, Michael Wilding, Googie Withers, John McCallum, Peter Graves, Gordon Harker, Suzanne Cloutier, Gladys Henson, Alfie Bass, Ralph Reader, Nigel Stock, Ewan Roberts, Sam Kydd and Raymond Glendenning.

Entertaining ensemble piece dealing with several characters who are on the way to the races on Derby day.

Printed by Stafford & Co. Ltd., Netherfield, Nottingham and London No. 1216

The poster is in very good folded condition, apart from a Quebec Approval Stamp in the lower part of Neagle's dress. There is also very minor staining at the centre fold.
