Denby Stoneware Vintage 1950's Peasant Ware Large Milk Jug

Lovely jug in a grey / blue glaze with hand painted black, yellow and blue retro design and salmon pink interior. Marked on the base 'Peasant Ware. Made in England'. Peasant Ware was designed by Albert Colledge in 1954. It has some little glaze bubbles on the inside of the handle and a pin prick one on the front. Otherwise in good condition, no chips or cracks. Height 12cms, width 9.5cms, width at base 8.5cms.
