Seller's Description
A mid-1940's double-sided pair of Big Band Glee Club with orchestra recordings that still have an excellent audio, but shows very nominal playwear. No cracks or skips, though a sizeable edge chip requires careful placement of the needle but does NOT intrude into the play grooves. Scratches and scuffs are extremely light and both sides are more clean than not.
Side 74227 presents the recording of (All Of A Sudden) "My Heart Sings", with a Joan Wheatley solo. Side 74258 offers "Winter Wonderland", a popular war-time rememberance! Both are performed by Fred Waring and His Pennsylvanians.
