Seller's Description
Two western sounds from Decca Records, circa late 1930's to early 40's. Both sides maintain a respectable gloss and are mostly clean and pleasant sounding though moderate play wear is evident. Scratches are present, but light, and background hiss is minimal. No skips or chips. Two small hairlines are starting to show but don't appear to be near breakage.
Side 2001-A presents "Mexicali Rose", and side 2001-B offers, "Silver On The Sage", from the 1938 Paramount Picture, "The Texans". Both are vocals with orchestra performed by Bing Crosby with John Scott Trotter directing the orchestra.
