Original WW2 wartime vintage ad for DEARBORN GAGE COMPANY. Elmer Ellstrom, founder. Family Tradition is your guarantee of quality. In 1899 he started as an apprentice under his father, Hjalmer Ellstrom, working with him on the original development of the gage block, in the great Swedish Arsenal in Eskilstuna. With the help of his sons, Elmer, Olof and Ralph, he applied his skill to the problem of developing a gage block through the process of chromium plating. Main office located at 22032 Beech Street, Dearborn, MI. This old 1943 one page industrial trade magazine advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
