I'm calling this copy VF overall...there is some discoloring (from the printing process?) in the first four letters of "FLASH" on the front cover...otherwise, I'd fairly call this NM-/Mint.

"Part One" by Bates, José Luis García-López & Wally Wood (BEST ART EVER!!) sees Kid Flash (Wally West) run the most nightmarish race of his life, as he takes on Gorilla Jroyy after pkaying with his dog Lightning!
