CRESTED WINKLE SHELL - BRIGHTON - GRAFTON CHINA.
This auction is for a crested winkle shell displaying the coat of arms of Brighton. There are no chips. cracks or crazing, there is some wear to the gilt on the lip and to the word 'Brighton'. It is approximately 3.5" long, 2" at its widest and on the base marked within a shield 'Grafton China' the letters 'BAJ' and beneath that '& Sons England'. There is also a number '65' and the letter 'Y' in black.
