Original Vintage Pressbooks
All items offered are genuine release (usually 1st), old, cinema movie items and so had a 'life' before sale, so unlikely ever to be mint.
This item: An original release vintage UK pressbook for this horror movie genre greats Boris Karloff and Christopher Lee; although made in 1958 it was not released until 1962 owing to troubles at MGM hence the paucity of original UK material on this title; the pressbook comprises 4 large glossy pages with synopsis, cast / crew information,, illustrated ads and various photos from the movie; in addition there is the 2 sided glossy page of story / cast details. The US pressbook is often offered, but the UK version is seldom seen or offered as it only received a very limited release outside mainstream cinemas. Very Scarce
Size: 9.60 x 12.50 inches approx. (closed)
Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Very Good ++ -: no fold; good corners and edges with light wear ; P 170 is written in blue biro to the top left of the front cover; overall, a very good copy. (see photos for fuller detail; feel free to ask a specific question). Complete and uncut
