Overall condition is acceptable and on the low end. The book has seen significant use over the years and apparently had come apart sometime before and was put back together though it was not done too well as the book is a bit uneven and there is some misalignment. The front cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, multiple creases across the cover, and some discoloration. The back cover has moderate to heavy edge wear, discoloration, shelf wear, creasing, and a small tear on the bottom edge. The spine has a curve and four vertical creases as caused by reading and use. There is a strip of clear binding tape along the spine and spine edges to prevent further issues. Interior pages have discolored with age and are a bit fragile so care should be exercised when reading. Despite the flaws, it is a comprehensive book on gardening, lawns, and more.
