When the Port Washington Station of the Milwaukee Electric Railway and Light Company ( now Wisconsin Electric Power Company) went into service in 1935, its steam generating unit was the highest capacity, super pressure boiler ever installed in a utility power station. This 1947 industrial power station magazine advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
