Seller's Description

1925 was the year Columbia switched from the old method of acoustically recorded pressings to the new electric recording process licensed from Western Electric. This company has a long history, dating back to 1888, and was one of the "Big Three" in recording companies, competing with Edison and Victor. They remain the oldest continually used brand name in recorded sound, now owned by Sony Music since 1988.

Offered here is a exclusive artist label circa 1910's, pair of dance rhythms. Graded at VG+, as both plays are clean and sound just fine. Showing normal playwear. No skips, chips or cracks.

Side 80202 presents a waltz, "Rio Nights" and side 80203 features, "Out Of The Shadows", a medley waltz which introduces "Southern Memories". These easy listening dance beats are performed by Prince's Orchestra.
