Seller's Description

1925 was the year Columbia switched from the old method of acoustically recorded pressings to the new electric recording process licensed from Western Electric. This company has a long history, dating back to 1888, and was one of the "Big Three" in recording companies, competing with Edison and Victor. They remain the oldest continually used brand name in recorded sound, now owned by Sony Music since 1988.

From the 1930's, this recording is in pretty nice shape for its age. In VG+ condition, showing several scuffs, one moderate scratch, and a faint hairline. Minimal background noise.

Side CO 37089 presents, "Love Is A Random Thing", and side CO 37090 offers the hit, "Linda".

These fox trot tempos are performed by the Ray Noble Orchestra, and are supported with Buddy Clark vocals.
