An early to mid-1940s Columbia recording from Horace Heidt and His Musical Knights.
From 1937 until 1945, Horace Heidt and his orchestra enjoyed more than 50 hit records, and were virtually permanent fixtures on the radio. Here is a spotlessly clean and great sounding pair of Big Band fox trot tempos. Showing only incidental wear we grade as near-mint!
Side HCO 582 presents "Moonlight Cocktail", with vocal chorus by Charlie Goodman, and side HCO 597 offers, "The Whistling Cowboy", with whistling by Fred Lowery.
