Seller's Description
Columbia record #35802.
An early 1940's recording of the booming voice of Kate (God Bless America) Smith with the Jack Miller Orchestra.

Offered here is a mostly clean (some water spots on the "B" side) and fine sounding pair of vocal melodies. Light background hiss is to be expected, but this platter has no cracks, chips, or skips and almost no scratches or scuffs, giving a pleasing audio reproduction. An decent gloss remains.
Side CO 28838 presents "Along The Santa Fe Trail", from the 1940 movie of the same name. Side CO 28897 lists, "The Last Time I Saw Paris", a Hammerstein II - Kern composition.
