Published by R. Wilkinson & Co, Trowbridge, not numbered, printed in Belgium.
Postally used on 24 September 1904 with single circle Cheddar cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Miss F. Drake, 2 Ambra Terrace, Clifton, Bristol.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but very light small creases to both bottom corners.
