Anne Morgan Jefferson has been knitting since early childhood. She has spent the last 20 years editing knitting magazines as well as designing and teaching knitting on a national basis. A graduate of Sarah Lawrence College, with an extensive training in art, she brings a sophisticated sense of color and structure to her work. Her special interest in designing lies in finding unconventional uses for basic stitches, such as working garter stitch at right-angles to itself. All the designs in this book are an example of that interest and can be easily worked by any knitter in any desired size.

Suspender Vest
This vest is easiest of all and may be adapted to any desired length.
Size: Fits 34-36 (38-42) (44-46) (48-52)” Chest.
Finished Measurements:

Materials:
Spinrite Berella 4 – worsted weight yarn.
US Size 9 (24 or 29”) circular needle (or size needed to obtain gauge).
2 US size 9 double point needles for I-cord trim.
Tapestry needle.

Cabled Vest - 2 Styles
Cable lovers will enjoy this vest which incorporates braid cables on both front and back, a decorative and slimming accent.
Size: To fit 32-34 (36-38) (40-42) (44-46) (48-50)” Chest.

Short version 18”
Long version 36”

Flying Geese Vest - 2 Styles
This pattern is reminiscent of the traditional Flying Geese quilt pattern. It is constructed in an unusual, but simple matter with the use of a central double decrease that causes the grain of the of the stitch to run at right angles to itself.

Finished Measurements:

Length:
Short version 24”
Long version 30”

The booklet measures ~ 11” X 8½” X 1/16” (3.8 X 21.5 X 0.1 cm) and weighs 1.7 ounces (50 grams). Shipping weight will be 80 gr. in a 30.5 X 23 cm envelope.
