Postally used on 6 October 1919 with Monterey cancellation on two green 1 cent stamps and sent to Monsieur Antoine Roussat, Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, Allier, France.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but small creases to top and bottom right corners.
