Please consider that actual outgoing original shipping fees and 20% restocking fees will be deducted from your refund due to the fact that most large items ship direct from the manufacturer and they force this fee upon us. In addition, the buyer pays for all return shipping costs and must provide tracking for proof of return. Product must be returned in "like-new" condition and in its original packaging, with our return authorization number marked clearly on return shipping label only - not the box.
