Original Italian 12 3/4 inch x 27 1/2 inch Locandina Poster for the 1978 Herbert Ross Comedy CALIFORNIA SUITE, written by Neil Simon and starring Michael Caine, Maggie Smith, Walter Matthau, Elaine May, Alan Alda, Jane Fonda, Richard Pryor and Bill Cosby.
The film focuses on the dilemmas of guests staying in a suite in a luxury Beverly Hills hotel.
Poster art by Drew Struzan. Struzan is an American artist, illustrator, and cover designer known for his more than 150 movie posters. He was born in Oregon in 1947 and in 1965 studied at the Art Centre College of Design, then in West Los Angeles, California.
The poster is in very good condition with 1 horizontal fold and a ’today at the cinema’ sticker in the upper blank border.
