Published by Gulf Stream Card & Distributing Co, Miami, No G. 468, Curteichcolor.

Postally used on 22 March 1961 with Saint Petersburg cancellation on purple 3c Liberty stamp and sent to Mrs Elaine Umerley, 320 East 208 Street, Euclid, Ohio.

Fairly good condition, with slight corner bumps, but very light bend to top left.
