NOS = New Old Stock. The original box is missing.
I checked the fuse’s continuity and it measures .3 ohms.

From a shop cleanup.
Buddy had this and some other telcom bits and pieces in his shop which we cleaned up and he gave me some of the items to sell.

The fuse is rated 250 Amps at 170 Volts DC (or less)

It measures 2.625 inches long (including mounting ears) X 1 inch in diameter. Please see the pictures for complete dimensions.
