Honestly, I have no clue what it does. It must connect to another piece or something. This was part of an auction lot that I had purchased over the summer.
The bezel of the screen is metal.
I did plug it in and it does 'power on' but of course, nothing happens because I don't know how to get it to work, or what else is required to make it run.
I am selling this "As Is" No Returns.
