Published by E.T.W. Dennis & Sons Ltd, London & Scarborough, Newcolour, No B 2517.

Postally used on 8 September 1960 with Torquay cancellation and Greetings Telegram slogan postmark, stamp removed, and sent to Miss Susan Perrin, 38 Berkeley Road, Leicester.

Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but small crease to top left corner and some surface damage where the stamp has been removed.
