Seller's Description
Original pottery vintage ad for BRITISH ERMETO CORPORATION LTD. Joints can be broken and remade almost indefinitely without affecting their pressure tightness. When the nut is tightened the sealing ring cuts into the surface of the tube and throws up a collar of displace metal. The ring itself becomes attached to the tube. Main office located on Hargrave Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire. This old 1953 one page ceramics trade magazine advertisement would display beautifully matted and framed.
