Seller's Description

Original 1938 British 11 inch x 17 inch Trade Advertisement from The Cinema for the 1937 William Nigh Drama BOY OF THE STREETS, based on a story by Rowland Brown and starring Jackie Cooper, Maureen O'Connor, Kathleen Burke, Robert Emmett O'Connor and Marjorie Main.

New York City teen Chuck Brennan (Jackie Cooper) gets involved with a gang and tries to make his way on the streets, inspired by his shifty father, Foggy (Guy Usher). He meets orphan girl Nora (Maureen O'Connor) and tries to do a good deed by setting her up with a singing gig at a local club, only to have the plan backfire when underage Nora is taken in by social services. And as time passes, Chuck's gang gets into murkier water with high-level crooks, putting him in a dangerous spot.

The Trade Advert is in very good condition.
