CHAU0101 This is an antique 7" x 4.5" photo featuring former European Bantomweight Robert Diamant at a circa 1940s private Boxing Dinner function where reverse of photo reads "Glasgow" so surely in close proximity. . Robert Diamant had at this point become boxing manager Bobby Diamond however I cannot identify any of the others in the photo. Album notes (from the former boxing professional) state that one of the attendees is a boxer, and how the former owner believes this taken in Glasgow). It is absolutely mint and has the photographer details on reverse from Glasgow.
This has come from an antique private collection from a leading boxer of his early items including photos, promotional cards, postcards, flyers, autographs etc - please view his collection and much more boxing memorabilia listed at my store.
