There is a Gold promo Stamp on the back of the cover. 

ALL GRADING IS VISUAL. Record  is in Good+ with scratches  and scuffs.   Scratches  and scuffs may affect the play of the record. I  cannot feel any  of the scratches scuffs.       Both labels have a word printed in purple.  cover is  in  very very very very Poor   condition with  very  heavy    wear  especially on the corners and very  heavy ringwear.  There are several wrinkles/creases on  front and back of the cover.   There is a sticker on the  back of the cover.   There is a 3" split on the bottom of the cover starting at the record pocket. There is a word printed in  purple on the front and back of the cover. 4 bent corners.  DJ timing strip   condition with  very Poor with   heavy    wear  especially on the corners and very  heavy ringwear. There are several wrinkles/creases on  strip.  There are very heavy stains on the strip.    There are very  heavy wear places on the front, back,  top, bottom,  spine and record pocket of the cover.  

 Record will be sent in a polysleeve between two filler pads.
