All our bits are brand new and have never been in a horse’s mouth.
Cupro Nickel This metal is used in the famous Kangaroo bits. Bit use This bit is designed so that when a contact is taken up via the reins, the rounded lozenge link rests fully on the tongue without squeezing it. The bit will give no palate pressure (unlike a normal snaffle), this helps to solve problems such as lifting the head when half halting or transitioning down. The lozenge allows the sensitive tongue to be utilized rather than abused, enabling clear instructions to be given through the reins
