Victor / Bluebird Children's record #BY-25. The Sons of the Pioneers were the foremost vocal and instrumental group in western music, and the definitive group specializing in cowboy songs.
This early 1950's release shows some playwear, with a few scratches and scuffs, but a decent gloss remains. No cracks, chips, or skips, but light background hiss is to be expected.
Side 1 presents, "The Ballad Of Davy Crocket", a children's sing-a-long favorite, with Bob Nolan and Hugh Farr. Side 2 lists "The Grave Yard Filler Of The West", featuring Roy Roger's comic sidekick, Pat Brady.
