Seller's Description
Drummer Abe Lyman led this popular orchestra that played at the Ambassador Hotel which was located on Wilshire Boulevard in Los Angeles.
This hot jazz orchestra reigned from the 1920's to well into the 1930's and is represented on this exceptionally fine condition platter with two fox trots! Side A features "Yodelin' Jive" and includes a vocal refrain by Rose Blane. Side B offers "At The Balalaika" from the MGM movie of the same name. It includes a vocal refrain by Eddie Holly.
Both sides have just a minimum of wear, lots of gloss, and no skips, cracks or chips.
