Original British 10 inch x 8 inch Front-of-House Still (Lobby Card) of SHIRLEY TEMPLE, EDDIE COLLINS, GALE SONDERGAARD & JOHNNY RUSSELL in the 1940 Walter Lang Fantasy THE BLUE BIRD, based on the play by Maurice Maeterlinck.
Mytyl and her brother Tyltyl, a woodchopper's children, are led by the Fairy Berylune on a magical trip through the past, present, and future to locate the Blue Bird of Happiness.
The still is in very good condition with a pinhole in each corner. The words ‘This still was printed before the 26th January 1942 20th Century-Fox Film Corp’ are embossed in the lower left corner
