Original, Vintage Front of House Cards
All items offered are genuine release (usually 1st), old, cinema movie items and so had a 'life' before sale, so unlikely ever to be mint.

This item: An original UK Front of House / Lobby card for this vampire movie from the pen of Hammer's Jimmy Sangster; although no conventional vampire is to be seen Donald Wolfit's Callistratus is made to look very Bela Ligosi like as the 'scientific' vampire utilizing the blood of inmates; some great images, especially of Victor Maddern's deformed Carl. An early performance of Hammer beauty, Barbara Shelley (a delight to meet in real life); this card has the misleading error of Vincent Price listed instead of Vincent Ball (seen in this image along with Donald Wolfit towards the movie's climax). Very Scarce / Rare

Condition: (Range from Fine – Very Good – Good – Poor with ++ to - - for further differentiation) : Very Good ++ -: no pin-holes; very good corners and edges with some light wear; slight evidence of sticker removal to the title area when Vincent Ball's name was printed on the removed sticker; overall, very good. (see photos for further detail; feel free to ask for specific detail.)
