Postally used on 13 September 1938 with Birmingham WD cancellation on red 1d stamp and sent to Miss Carlier, Morningside, Dorridge, Knowle, Warwickshire, probably Gwendoline Isobel Maud Carlier, the daughter of Edmond Carlier, a leading Scottish physiologist and entomologist.
Good condition, with slight corner bumps, but light crease to bottom left corner.
