Beautiful Beswick Large "Bald Eagle" - Model 1018
This vintage porcelain figurine of a bald eagle was produced by John Beswick Ltd. (Pottery) in England.
J.W. Beswick was founded in 1894 and began its production of bone china figurines in 1936.
This bald eagle is a very rare piece. It was made between 1948-1954 and is in nice vintage condition - no cracks or chips.
The bottom is stamped "Beswick England 1018 Bald Eagle"
Appx size :
16 cm (6 1/4") in height and
33 cm (13") in width
Nice cosmetic condition and working order
