New light beige eyelet gathered fabric craft trim with scalloped edge.  Approximately 6 1/2" wide by over 10 yards long at gathered edge (2 pieces).  One piece is approximately 3 yards + 21 inches.  Second piece is approximately 6 yards + 23 inches.
