Seller's Description

Original British 17 inch x 11 inch Trade Advertisement from Kinematograph Weekly for the 1946 Lance Comfort Romance BEDELIA, based on the novel by Vera Caspary starring Margaret Lockwood, Anne Crawford, Ian Hunter, Barry K. Barnes, Jill Esmond, Kynaston Reeves and Beatrice Varley.

Bedelia Carrington is living happily, it appears, in Monte Carlo with her husband Charlie Carrington (Ian Hunter.) But a cultivated young artist, Ben Chaney (Barry K. Barnes), begins probing into her past with curious concern. Chaney, who is really a detective, learns that Bedelia’s obsession for money has led her, in the past, to husband-poisoning for the insurance money.

The Advertisement is in very good condition with a vertical centre fold and 4 staple holes along it.
