Seller's Description
Lovely old moulded cup and saucer with a very pretty orange floral pattern and gilt rim. It's a bit of a mystery to me as the saucer is marked 'K&T' over 'L'. I presume the 'L' would be for Longton but I have no idea who 'K & T' are unless it is for Taylor and Kent and the decorator has got the letters the wrong way around?! If anyone can enlighten me as to who it is I would love to know. It does have some damage. The saucer has some chipping under the rim and a hairline. The cup also has a tiny hairline and a little scratching. There is wear to the gilt on both items. Still a lovely piece for display though. Saucer width 13.5cms. Cup width 8.5cms, height 5.5cms.
