Published by Blum & Degen, London, B. & D.'s Kromo Series, No 20222.
Postally used on 18 July 1906 with double circle Folkestone cancellation on green halfpenny stamp and sent to Miss Burt, Fredville, near Dover.
Fairly good condition, with some corner wear, but dark rubbing to the edges.
