This is a Canadian Issued plate and has English and French on it.

A lovely little plate has 4 small children wrapping up a Teddy Bear.

The plate measures 5-1/4" in Diameter X 3/4" tall and is trimmed in gold around the edge.

I see no chips, cracks or crazing in this plate.

This sale includes one plate and one spring type plate hanger, sorry no original packaging.
