The plate measures 5-1/4" in Diameter X 3/4" tall and is trimmed in gold around the edge.

I see no chips, cracks or crazing in this plate.

This sale includes one plate and one spring type plate hanger, sorry no original packaging.

This item will in foam padding or bubble wrap and will be shipped in a small box.
