Antique Metal 5 Inch Sitting Scottie Dog Bank AS IS

Antique metal sitting scottie dog bank, measures 5 inches from tip of raised ear to bottom, AS IS condition. Metal is either cast iron or lead.  1 1/4 inch coin slot on back of head. Bank does not have key, there is a flap on the bottom with a small slot within flap. The one end of a scissors can be inserted within slot to turn slot and close and open flap. Bank AS IS condition, has black paint worn off all over. Flap on bottom is rusted over half of it and paint missing and slot is rusted some. Bottom of bank is also rusted in spots and some of the black paint is worn off. Inside of flap is rusted. I tested the flap by inserting the end of scissors in the slot, flap still opens and closes.
