Seller's Description
Beautiful old photo frame with a hinged standing support at the back. There are no maker's marks only a number ' No 1009.P'. Not sure what the metal is but it is a substantial weight ! The original backing board has been replaced with a piece of rough card and the clips and screws that hold it have rusted but it's a lovely old item. Overall length 30cms, width 23.75cms. Length of photo area 15.5cms, width 11cms. I presume from the style this would date to somewhere around the late 1800's / early 1900's.
