Antique 19th Century European Painting
Oil on Canvas
Signed bottom right "M. Fuchs?" - the scripted signature needs figuring out - see several photos from different angles and lighting to try to decipher it
Not Framed - sitting on old wooden stretcher
Have had it professionally cleaned and restored - several patches visible on the Verso
- there's still a bit of a rough area bottom right that looks like some whitish spots because of the flash reflection but it's all painted there with just some rustles of the canvas from the restoration
Around the outer perimeter can be seen old nails, some rusted, that hold the canvas to the stretcher
An authentic Antique 19th Century piece!
