This Very Pretty Antique Cameo Pendant features a Natural 8X16mm
Carved Shell Cameo, set in a fancy twisted Gold Frame. The Lady Cameo
has a Natural small white Diamond around her neck, and the entire Pendant
measures aprox 1" (including Bail) in length & aprox 1/2" in width, and weighs
aprox 1.564 grams of Solid (Stamped 10Kt on top of Bail) 10Kt Yellow Gold
& Cameo. This Very Pretty Antique Cameo & Diamond Pendant is priced in
