Original 9 3/4 inch x 7 3/8 inch Key Book Portrait of ANTHONY NICHOLLS.

Distinguishing himself on the Shakespearean stage alongside the Redgrave family, Laurence Olivier and Peter O'Toole, Anthony Nicholls would go on to make the portrayal of government officials a way of life in his films including High Treason (1951), Happy Ever After (1954), Make Me an Offer (1955), Dunkirk (1958), Victim (1961), A Man For All Seasons (1966), If... (1968), Battle of Britain (1969) and O Lucky Man! (1973).

The portrait, originally mounted on to thin black card, is in very good condition.
